We cordially invite you to attend the Taiwan Association for the Learning Disabilities' POP and Annual General Meeting. In addition to handling annual general meeting matters, this meeting will also include the election of directors and supervisors, which is crucial to the future development of the Association. We sincerely hope that all members will attend and participate in the Association's important affairs.

This general meeting will involve the election of board members and supervisors . All members are kindly requested to attend, exercise their membership rights, and support the association's sustainable development. Light snacks and a dessert bar will be provided at the venue; members are cordially invited to join in the conversation.

Notes:
To exercise the right to vote and be elected, a member must be a valid member (who has paid the annual membership fee and has no outstanding fees).
If someone attends on behalf of another, both the principal and the agent must be valid members for the proxy to be valid.
If you have not yet paid your annual membership fee, please do so before the meeting to protect your rights as a member.
If you are unable to attend in person and require the association to arrange a proxy, please inform the association of your voting intention after receiving the list of candidates for directors and supervisors, so as to facilitate subsequent proxy arrangements.
A blank authorization form is provided in the attachment. Please take it as needed. Thank you!
