II. Explanation of Election Items (I) Election Items
The 8th Council of the Taiwan Association for the Learning Disabilities consists of 15 members.

(ii) The election process involves valid members electing the eighth board of directors and supervisors by secret ballot; then the newly elected directors and supervisors elect five standing directors and one standing supervisor, and the standing directors elect the new chairman.
(III) Appointment and Voting Intentions Members who wish to attend on behalf of others should refer to the list of candidates in the appendix or the announcement on the association's website, and inform the secretariat of their voting intentions in advance (maximum 15 directors and maximum 5 supervisors). If no voting intention is provided, it will be deemed as an authorization for the appointed person to vote on your behalf.
III. Precautions
The venue offers simple savory snacks, a dessert bar, and hot and cold drinks, and you can also order extra.
To exercise the right to vote and to be elected, members must be valid members (those who have paid their annual dues and have no outstanding fees).
If attending by proxy or agent, both the principal and the agent must be valid members for the proxy to be valid; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
Those who have not yet paid their annual membership dues are kindly requested to do so before the meeting to protect their rights and interests.
The deadline for candidate eligibility is 23:59 on May 14, 2026. The official list of candidates will be announced before May 16.
Members who choose to attend on behalf of others must pay their membership fees before the meeting and inform the secretariat of their voting intentions in advance to protect their rights and interests.
